Rose of Tralee Promo Videos

A few weeks ago I was contacted by the Rose of Tralee International Festival and asked to produce two promotional videos for the the upcoming festival in August. They wanted vox-pop style videos asking people a series of questions about the Rose of Tralee and testing their knowledge of the festival.
I filmed the videos with my friend Aoife Fitzmaurice over two days and then edited the following day.

Stage School Show ‘CIRCUS’ Poster Design

For the last 8 years I worked in a stage school called Tralee Performing Academy. It is one of the best jobs I have ever had and it has taught me so much. Unfortunately all good things must come to an end and this year was my last. I was lucky enough to be offered a better job at a TV station so it was time to move on. One thing that I still have to do is the posters. This is the latest.

College Zine Artwork

A college friend of mine, Áine Brennan, who is involved in the Creative Media Society decided to publish a ‘Zine’ a few months ago. At first I didn’t have a clue what she was talking about but after a quick Google I was up to speed.

Secret Cine Club Insert // Audio

This is an arts insert I made for Radio Kerry about the Kerry Film Festivals Secret Cine Club.  I went along to the event and spoke to the organizer and some of the viewers about the black and white Polish film Ida. It was a great night and I would highly recommend it. 

Ghosts in Ireland: Documentary // Audio

Ghosts in Ireland is a documentary I produced and edited for a radio production module. It was a project that was supposed to be completed in three months giving us time for pre-production, research and production. We lined up interviews with owners of hunted buildings around Ireland but unfortunately they all fell through. We only began recording after Halloween so all of the hunted mansions and buildings in Ireland had shut down by the time we began recording. For some reason ghosts take a break for Christmas. 

Mock McDonalds Advert // Audio

This is a 30 second mock advert I had to make for a radio module in college. My original idea for this advert was much more straight forward but I decided to try something out of the box. I got a few friends to do the voices and I recorded and edited it.
